Dharamsala, India.

This is a post of nothing much other than to say thunder and lightning storms at 3000metres in the Himalayas are exhilarating; monks talking on cellphones are an everyday fact of life but still make me look twice; there is no upper limit on the amount of tea one can have in a day; it feels like real trade when buying clothes from the machinist who made them, their sewing machines sitting amongst the racks in the shop; reading Gandhi's autobiography in India brings a lot of clarity; Tibet needs to be free; there is no space too narrow for an auto-rickshaw to fit through and blankets made from yak wool are very cozy.
